Satish Movva, CEO
Satish Movva served as Chief Information Officer for various national health care companies before taking on his current role as CEO of ContinuLink. Satish has over 24 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, 14 of those in health care. He has a proven track record in harnessing technology for business needs. ContinuLink is a result of eight years of intense involvement by Satish in the home care, supplemental health care staffing and private duty industries.
Before his service in health care, Satish worked on a contract basis with IBM in the insurance, health care and law enforcement verticals, holding various positions including Network Architect, Systems Management Architect and Security Systems Architect in California, Florida, New Zealand and Scotland.
Satish is a graduate of University of Illinois and holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.

Scott Brashears, Executive Vice President
Scott Brashears served as a Vice President of development for a large home care corporation prior to joining ContinuLink in his current role as Executive Vice President. In the nine years prior he had vast exposure to the day-to-day operations of certified agencies, private duty agencies and supplemental staffing agencies - both from an operation standpoint and a financial reporting standpoint.
Prior to his home health care experience, Scott served in various roles at VIPS, Inc., a major provider of managed care software; Medicare claims adjudication; and fraud and abuse detection software. Prior to that, Scott worked in a sales role in the health care and light industrial staffing industry.
Scott has over 15 years of health care specific Information Technology experience.
Scott is a graduate of Towson State University in Maryland and holds dual degrees in Business Management and Information Technology.

Brad Caldwell, Vice President of Sales
Prior to joining ContinuLink, Brad Caldwell served as Regional Manager for sales of the Honeywell HomMed Health Monitoring System. Brad has extensive experience working with home care agencies, nursing homes and other senior living facilities.
Brad has twelve years experience in the medical device field. Prior to joining Honeywell HomMed he was with Spacelabs Medical, a provider of hospital patient monitoring systems.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.

Oneika Webb, Manager of Support and Clinical Implementation
Oneika Webb started in the Home Health Industry as a Field Nurse/Care Manager at Visiting Nurse Service of New York in 1990. She spent many years providing direct patient care, and has also functioned as Patient Services Manager; Assistant Director of Clinical Services; Home Health Clinical Educator and most recently, OASIS Coordinator.
Oneika is a Certified OASIS Specialist (COS-C) and holds a B.S.N. from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and a M.S. in Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. |

Meredith Troy, Marketing Director
Meredith Troy has a strong background in home health care, most recently serving as National Marketing Communications Manager for a national home health care company. Meredith also has experience in the technology industry, having worked as the Director of Marketing Research for CX2 Technologies, a wireless communications/disaster management software company.

Chiquita Williams, Manager of Implementation and Training
Chiquita has extensive experience in both the staffing and home care areas of healthcare. Prior to joining ContinuLink, Chiquita functioned as the Lead Software Trainer for the leading trauma hospital network in the southeast. She also served as the Training Consultant for a third-party healthcare application vendor - implementing a web-based application within home healthcare agencies.
Chiquita holds a Psychology degree from Atlanta Metropolitan College.
